Velocity slip and joule heating effects on MHD peristaltic flow in a porous medium

چکیده

The effects of velocity slip and Joule heating on peristaltic flow of MHD Newtonian fluid in a porous channel with elastic wall properties have been studied under the assumptions of longwavelength and low-Reynolds number. The analytical solution has been derived for the stream function, temperature and heat transfer coefficient. The emerging flow parameters on the velocity, temperature and heat transfer coefficient are presented graphically and are discussed in detail. MSC: 76S05 • 35Q35
